Texas Instruments ISO774x/ISO774x-Q1 Quad-Channel Digital Isolators are high-performance, quad-channel digital isolators with 5000VRMS (DW package) and 2500VRMS (DBQ package) isolation ratings per UL 1577. The ISO774x/ISO774x-Q1 quad-channel isolators have reinforced insulation ratings according to VDE, CSA, TUV, and CQC standards. These devices provide high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions at low power consumption while isolating CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/Os. Each isolation channel has a logic input and output buffer separated by a silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulation barrier. These enable pins that can put the respective outputs in high impedance for multi-master driving applications and reduce power consumption. The ISO7740/ISO7740-Q1 devices have all four channels in the same direction. These ISO7741/ISO7741-Q1 devices have three forward, and one reverse-direction channel and the ISO7742/ISO7742-Q1 devices have two forward and two reverse-direction channels. The Texas Instruments ISO774x-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
