Nexperia BAS16L High-Speed Switching Diodes
Nexperia BAS16L High-Speed Switching Diodes are encapsulated in a leadless ultra-small DFN1006BD-2 (SOD882BD) SMD plastic package with side-wettable flanks. These diodes operate at trr ≤4ns high switching speed, VRRM ≤100V repetitive peak reverse voltage, low capacitance, and VR ≤100V reverse voltage. The BAS16L diodes feature ultra-small, leadless SMD plastic packages that are AEC-Q101 qualified and are used in applications such as high-speed switching and general-purpose switching.
