Comchip Technology ABAx-HF Automotive Switching Diodes offer fast switching, fast recovery, and high conductance. These AEC-Q101-qualified devices offer a peak reverse voltage range from 75V to 120V, a 150mA to 300mA forward current range, and a 0.1µA to 2.5µA reverse current range. The Comchip Technology ABAx-HF Switching Diodes are available in compact, industry-standard SOD-123-2, SOD-323-2, and SOT-23-3 packages, ideal for space-constrained applications.
