Digi XBee™ Cellular LTE-M Embedded Modem
Digi XBee™ Cellular LTE-M / NB-IoT Ready Embedded Modems are integrated Modules designed to provide OEMs with a simple way to integrate low-power cellular connectivity into devices. The Digi XBee Cellular LTE-M is a low-cost, Low Power Wide Area (LPWA) embedded cellular modem. These Embedded Modem Modules are FCC and carrier end-device certified, eliminating the cost, complexity, and risk involved in the certification process. The XBee Cellular LTE-M Embedded Modem is also Narrowband IoT (NB-IoT) Ready with a future over-the-air update.
The Digi XBee Embedded Modem Modules are programmable, with support for custom MicroPython applications running directly onboard, so no external microcontroller is required in certain use-cases. These Modules are part of a complete ecosystem of wireless modules, gateways, adapters, and software, allowing developers to drop them into existing designs to instantly achieve cellular integration, without doing a complete re-design.
