IQS624 ProxFusion® Sensor IC

Azoteq IQS624 ProxFusion® Sensor IC integrates multiple sensor technologies onto a single chip. The IQS624 offers Hall-effect rotation sensing, along with dual-channel capacitive proximity and touch sensing, or single-channel inductive sensing. The IQS624 is designed for applications where any or all of these technologies may be required. The two on-chip Hall-effect sensors calculate the angle of a magnet rotating parallel with the sensor.
