These rectifiers feature up to 5°C/W junction to case typical thermal resistance and 30A average rectified forward current. The MBRx Schottky rectifiers operate from -55°C to 150°C or 175°C junction temperature range. These rectifiers are RoHS-compliant, halogen-free, AEC-Q101 qualified, and comply with Moisture Sensitivity Level 1.
