Vishay / Dale UGDT Micro Gate Drive Transformers deliver MOSFET / IGBT gate power and timing signals simultaneously. The transformers offer direct drive high side MOSFET / IGBT on buses up to 200V. The series features excellent rise time, overshoot, and peak current characteristics. Vishay / Dale UGDT Micro Gate Drive Transformers have a frequency range of 125kHz to 750kHz.
