The gate drive transformers feature a profile as low as 3mm, while the current sense transformers offer full selections of turns ratios. ICE Components Gate Drive and Current Sense Transformers meet UL 94V-0 requirements and have an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C or +130°C. These devices are ideal for gate drive transformers, AC/DC converters, DC/DC converters, pick-and-place applications, and more.

GT04 Gate Drive Transformers

ICE Components GT04 Gate Drive Transformers meet safety isolation requirements and are available in UL Class F (+155°C) and Economical Class B (+130°C) versions. These devices are designed for frequencies of 20kHz to 300kHz with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +130°C. ICE Components GT04 Gate Drive Transformers are ideal for signal transformers across isolation barriers, offline AC/DC converters, and high-powered DC/DC converters.
