SLG51003V 3-Channel LDO Power GreenPAK™

Renesas Electronics SLG51003V 3-Channel LDO Power GreenPAK™ includes three compact and customizable low-dropout regulators and offers industry-leading high-performance PSRR. This completely integrated 3-channel LDO solution comes in a small, convenient 14-pin TQFN package that is designed for advanced sensor applications. The SLG51003V IC features 68dB at 1MHz PSRR on the input voltage supply, 16µV_RMS output voltage noise, and tight output voltage accuracy of ±1% over temperature. This device offers an ultra-low shutdown current of 240nA for the entire IC and exhibits built-in LUTs, delay blocks, macrocells, and configurable GPIOs. Typical applications include power management for CMOS image sensors, RF and wireless interfaces, battery-powered equipment, and other advanced sensor applications.
