TPDxF003 4, 6 & 8-Channel EMI Filters

Texas Instruments TPDxF003 EMI Filters with Integrated ESD Protection comprises 6- (TPD6F003) and 8-channel (TPD8F003) EMI filters with integrated ESD protection in a space-saving 0.4mm pitch DQD package. The TI TPDxF003 is a highly integrated device designed to suppress EMI / RFI noise in all systems subjected to electromagnetic interferences. The low-pass filter arrays reduce EMI emissions and include ESD protection circuitry that prevents damage to the applications when subjected to ESD stress far exceeding IEC 61000-4-2 (Level 4). The Texas Instruments TPD6F003 and TPD8F003 filters are ideal for EMI filtering and protecting data lines from ESD at the LCD display, keypad, and memory interfaces.
