SMP Photo MOSFET Relays

MEDER electronic SMP Photo MOSFET Relays are solid state and provide switching up to 600VDC or peak AC, or up to 2.5A. These relays offer a low output capacitance and a low off-state leakage current. Additional features include fast switching, low noise, shock/vibration proof, high input-to-output isolation, and control low-level analog signals to high-level loads. MEDER electronic SMP Photo MOSFET Relays come in shock- and vibration-proof packages in a range of styles, including surface-mount design (SMD), small-outline package (SOP), and dual-inline package (DIP). Applications include security and safety, test and measurement, consumer electronics, HVAC, industrial, medical, telecommunications, transportation, and more.
