CNY Series High Isolation Voltage Optocouplers

Vishay Semiconductors CNY Series High Isolation Voltage Optocouplers are category IV high voltage isolation optocouplers available in a surface mount package. The high isolation voltage SMD version optocouplers consist of a phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode in a 4 pin plastic package. The single components are mounted opposite one another, providing a distance between input and output for high safety requirements of >3mm. Vishay Semiconductors CNY Series High Isolation Voltage Optocouplers are ideal for such applications as solar equipment, smart meters, and smart grids.

SFH610A / SFH6106 High Reliability Optocouplers

Vishay Semiconductors SFH610A / SFH6106 High Reliability, 5300V_RMS Optocouplers feature a high current transfer ratio, low coupling capacitance, and high isolation voltage. These Vishay Semiconductors couplers have a GaAs infrared diode emitter that is optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor detector and incorporated in a plastic DIP-4 (SFH610A) or SMD (SFH6106) package. SFH610A / SFH6106 optocouplers are designed for signal transmission between two electrically separated circuits. The couplers are end-stackable with 2.54mm spacing. Creepage and clearance distances of > 8.0mm are achieved with option 6. This version complies with IEC 60950 (DIN VDE 0805) for reinforced insulation up to an operation voltage of 400V_RMS or DC.
