Analog Camera Adapter (ACA) Interface Board

The Toradex Analog Camera Adapter (ACA) Interface Board is designed to connect analog cameras to the Colibri or Apalis Carrier boards easily using a Parallel Camera Interface (CIF). The ACA accepts NTSC/PAL/SECAM standard composite video signals and converts the signals into a YCrCb 4:2:2 video data stream. This video data stream is compatible with the 8-bit ITU-R BT.656 interface standard with external HSync/VSync signals. Up to four analog cameras can be connected; no external power supply is needed.
