Littelfuse Low Capacitance ESD SPA Diodes protect cables that operate with high-speed data and signals. These Littelfuse Low Capacitance ESD SPA Diodes include unidirectional and bidirectional devices with a 3.3V to 6V working voltage and 1 to 8 channels.

TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA)

Littelfuse Silicon Protection Array (SPA®) TVS Diodes are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). These diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. Littelfuse TVS diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.

SP3222 TVS Diode Arrays

Littelfuse SP3222 TVS Diode Arrays integrate 2 channels of low capacitance diodes and protect electronic equipment from destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD). SP3222 TVS Diode Arrays can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level specified in the IEC61000-4-2 international standard (±30kV contact discharge). Littelfuse SP322 integrates 2 channels of low capacitance diodes to protect high-speed data lines such as DVI, USB2.0, USB3.0, and eSATA.
