These suppressors offer minimum 600W peak pulse power dissipation as well as 3W steady-state power dissipation, and 70A peak forward surge current. They have an operating junction temperature range of -55°C to +175°C and withstand high-temperature soldering. MCC SMA6J TVS diodes are designed for surface-mount applications.
