SMLVN6RGB High Brightness Tri-Color LEDs

ROHM Semiconductor SMLVN6RGB High Brightness Tri-Color LEDs feature low height and an improved color mixture made possible by a flat frame structure. These ROHM Semiconductor LEDs are constructed using an AIGaInP and InGaN chip structure. The LEDs are available in red, blue, and green variants with luminous intensity ratings from 300mcd to 1800mcd. Operating from -40°C up to +1005°C, these tri-color LEDs operate with a typical 20mA to 50mA forward current range and 2.1V to 3.3V forward voltage range. 

Chip LEDs

ROHM Semiconductor Chip LEDs include compact, high power, side-emitting, and rear-mount types in addition to the standard types. ROHM Semiconductor Chip LEDs feature a range of LED colors and brightness levels for a variety of applications.

Standard Indication Chip LEDs

ROHM Semiconductor Standard Indication Chip LEDs are available in blue and RGB. These components feature Wavelengths of 470nm for blue and 624nm, 540nm, and 470nm for RGB as well as excellent heat radiation and high brightness. These ROHM LEDs are available in the popular PLCC-2 and 0805 packages.
