SMxS Transient Voltage Suppressors

PANJIT SMxS Transient Voltage Suppressors are surface mount diodes that are AEC-Q101 qualified and meet MSL Level 1 per J-STD-020 standard. These suppressors operate from 14V to 48V standoff voltage range with 3.6kW, 4.6kW, and 6.6kW Peak Pulse Power dissipation (PPPM). The SMxS suppressors feature  ≥±8kV Human Body Model (HBM), ≥±2kV Charge Device Model (CDM), and meet ISO7637-2/ISO16750-2 surge specification. These suppressors operate from -55°C to 175°C temperature range and are rated for load dump protection in automotive applications.
