Diodes Inc. SBRT20U50SLP 20A Trench Super Barrier Rectifier provides very low V_F and excellent reverse leakage stability at high temperatures. The device is ideal for use as a rectifier, freewheel diode or blocking diode in DC-DC converters and AC-DC adapters. The SBRT20U50SLP is packaged in a thermally efficient compact POWERDI5060-8 package.

Schottky SBR® Super Barrier Rectifiers

Diodes Inc. Schottky SBR^® Super Barrier Rectifiers are Schottky rectifiers that utilize an MOS manufacturing process. This creates a superior two-terminal device that has a lower forward voltage (V_F) than comparable Schottky diodes. They possess the thermal stability and high-reliability characteristics of PN epitaxial diodes.
