Diodes Incorporated SBR2M60S1F 2A Super Barrier Rectifier (SBR) is a high-performance, small form-factor rectifier. The SBR2M60S1F is optimized for low leakage to minimize losses during blocking mode. This SBR features an instantaneous reverse leakage of just 0.8μA at 25°C and 0.4mA at 175°C. This device is rated for up to 2A I_o and a V_RRM of 6V. The SBR2M60S1F offers superior Reverse Avalanche and an interlocking clip design for high-surge current capability. The SBR2M60S1F SBR is offered in a compact SOD123F package, with a PCB footprint of only 7mm x 7mm, making it ideal for space-constrained applications.
