PESD2CANFDx ESD Protection Diodes

Nexperia PESD2CANFDx ESD Protection Diodes are designed to protect two automotive in-vehicle network bus lines from damage caused by ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) and other transients. These diodes come in a small plastic SOT23 Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) package. The PESD2CANFDx ESD protection diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified. Typical applications include electric and hybrid vehicles with a 48V board net, CAN/CAN-FD, FlexRay, and SENT.
