The asymmetric push tab can achieve approximately 20% vertical (stacking) space savings.

Combo I XLR Connectors

NEUTRIK Combo I XLR Connectors combine an XLR receptacle and a 1/4" phone jack in one product. With an attractive "front end" design, the Combo I Series saves rack space by combining 2 connectors in one housing. These connectors feature horizontal or vertical PCB mount or hard wire soldering. Available in either stereo or mono versions, the Combo I connectors feature low conductor capacitance, making them suitable for digital audio. The series is fastened with self-tapping Plastite screws with thread 2.9 x 1.06 and tri-rondular configuration (A screw). For space-sensitive applications (e.g. plug-in modules and small portable devices), NEUTRIK has developed the asymmetric push tab. By using this design, a vertical (stacking) space-saving of approx.20% can be achieved.
