Twisted Pair Flat Cable

3M Twisted Pair Flat Cable delivers superior signal integrity and performance in demanding electronic applications, making it ideal for high-speed data transmission. The cable provides enhanced noise reduction and crosstalk prevention by joining together the benefits of twisted pair technology with the convenience of a flat cable design. Each pair of conductors features PVC or halogen-free conductor insulation and is twisted to reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI) and crosstalk. The robust construction withstands tough environments, while the flat design offers easy routing and installation in tight spaces for flexibility and space efficiency. 3M Twisted Pair Flat Cable has a 28AWG conductor size and is ideal for industrial electronics, computer systems, telecommunications, and industrial equipment.

Round Conductor Halogen-Free Flat Cables

3M Halogen-Free Flat Cables are constructed with low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) polyolefin insulation, resulting in low smoke (IEC 61034-2:2005), low toxicity of combustion gases (NFX70-100-2:2006), and reduced soot and corrosion damage to nearby equipment. These stranded cables from 3M operate in a broad operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. Additional features include zippable primary cable for branching and discrete terminations and 28AWG wire on 0.050" centers (1mm centers for HF625 Series) for mass termination to a broad line of IDC connectors.

HF100 Halogen-Free Flat Cables

3M's HF100 features 28AWG stranded ribbon cables with a twist and flat conductor repeat pattern. The series combines 3M’s twist and flat cable technology with a halogen-free polyolefin (PO) dielectric for a differential signaling cable capable of mass termination to broad line of IDC connectors. Rated per UL File E42769, Style 21008, the 3M HF100 series is available in standard and custom twist/flat repeat patterns.
