IXYS DP High-Voltage, Fast-Recovery Diodes are 600V or 1200V Schottky diodes with low reverse leakage current and fast recovery time. IXYS DP Fast-Recovery Diodes are planar passivated chips in a TO-220 or TO-247 package type. Applications include anti-parallel diodes for high-frequency switching devices, snubber diodes, and rectifiers in switch-mode power supplies (SMPS) and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems.
