BIR-BM53x End-Look Package LEDs

American Bright LED BIR-BM53x End-Look Package LEDs feature high radiant power, high radiant intensity, and good spectral matching to si-photodetector. These LEDs are offered with radiant angles of 25˚, 30˚, or 35˚. The BIR-BM53x LEDs feature 150mW power dissipation, 100mA forward current, 1A peak forward current, and 5V reverse voltage. These LEDs also feature a peak wavelength of 940nm and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The BIR-BM53x LEDs boast a "water clear" lens appearance and comply with RoHS standards. Typical applications include remote control and automatic control systems.
