16-Bit Pseudo Differential SAR ADCs

The 16-bit SAR ADCs operate at 1.8V single supply operation with a 1.71V to 5.5V logic interface. These SAR ADCs with high throughput allow accurate capture of high-frequency signals and decimation to achieve a high Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR). The 16-bit ADCs offer the ability to daisy-chain ADCs and operate at -40°C to +125°C temperature range. These SAR ADCs include an SPI-compatible versatile serial interface that features seven programmable modes with an optional busy indicator.
