High-Current Contacts

Mill-Max High-Current Contacts are versatile devices with 10mΩ maximum contact resistance, four-finger contact design, and low insertion force. The low force allows easy mating and de-mating of multi-pin connections. These contacts are available in different termination styles, including through-hole solder mount, press-fit for plated through holes, and surface mount. The high-current contacts are ideal for use in connector and cable assemblies or as PCB jacks for power connections. Typical applications include communications equipment, pumps, fans, DC motors, and industrial control equipment.

Pin Receptacles

Mill-Max Pin Receptacles, also referred to as PCB sockets, micro-plugs, or connector jacks, are board-level connectors known for their reliability and versatility. The two-piece construction combination of a precision-machined outer shell and a stamped internal finger contact provides flexibility, quality, and reliability for critical applications. The pin receptacles offer excellent performance under shock and vibration and a high mechanical life without degradation from insertion/withdrawal forces.
