These LEDs combine pleasant white light with a much longer lifetime of up to 50,000 hours. OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs are among the most economical on the market, consuming only 0.1W. From an operating current of 20mA, the Mini Topled achieves a typical luminous intensity of 1700mcd at a color temperature of 4000K, and 1900mcd at 6500K. Luminous intensity in candela corresponds to luminous flux in lumen emitted by a light source in a particular solid angle.

OSRAM OSLON IR Black Series LEDs feature Nanostack™ chip technology, which allows the typical optical power to reach 1070mW at an operating current of 1A. Thanks to its adapted outcoupling lens with a ±45° emission angle, the OSLON IR delivers 15% more output power than components without a lens. The ams OSRAM OSLON IR Black Series LEDs can last up to 50,000 hours at high drive currents, including models with a 940nm center of spectral emission and a radiant flux of 935mW at 1A. The IR OSLON Black Series is perfect for applications like CCTV, machine vision, night vision, or number plate recognition systems.
