Vishay/Sfernice Automotive Thick Film Power Resistors offer high reliability and power/pulse capabilities in very compact packages. A high power-to-size ratio makes them a preferred solution in pulse handling applications. Offered in AEC-Q200-qualified DPak, D2Pak, and TO247 packages, these compact resistors can replace five to twenty chip resistors on a PCB.

D2TO35 SMD Thick-Film Power Resistors

Vishay / Sfernice D2TO35 SMD Thick-Film Power Resistors are AEC-Q200 qualified and feature 35W rated power at +25°C. These non-inductive resistors offer a surface-mount TO-263 (D2PAK) style package and a wide 0.01Ω to 550kΩ resistance range. The series provides molded mechanical protection with a thick-film resistive element isolated from the metal tab. Vishay / Sfernice D2TO35 SMD Thick-Film Power Resistors are ideal for automotive applications, including battery management systems (BMS), pre-charge, and active discharge for inverters.

D2TO35 & D2TO20 SMD Power Resistors

Vishay / Sfernice D2TO35 and D2TO20 Surface-Mount Power Resistors feature thick film technology and offer a wide resistance range of 0.01Ω to 550Ω. They are compact, low profile, and non-inductive. The D2TO35 features 35W at 25°C while the D2TO20 features 20W at 25°C. Both series are AEC-Q200 qualified. Applications for Vishay / Sfernice D2TO35 and D2TO20 resistors include automotive, industrial welding machines, test equipment, UPS, base station systems, car battery management.
