F340 Safety Class Film Capacitors

Vishay / BC Components F340 Safety Class Film Capacitors are available in Class X1, Class X2, and AEC-Q200-qualified Class Y2 varieties. These modules offer a 305VAC or 480VAC voltage rating and a capacitance range of 0.001µF to 4.7µF with ±20%, ±10%, and ±5% tolerance. The Class X and Y safety capacitors are designed for high robustness under high humidity while meeting the IEC60384-14:2013 standard. Vishay F340 Safety Class Film Capacitors are lead free and RoHS compliant.

Safety-Rated RFI Capacitors

Vishay Safety-Rated RFI Capacitors include film, ceramic disc, and MLCC devices. EMI suppression film capacitors offer high voltage ratings to 480VAC for across-the-line applications. High-reliability AC line-rated ceramic disc capacitors are available in reduced sizes and automotive-grade versions, with the "biased 85/85" accelerated life test qualification. Vishay Surface-mount MLCCs for safety-certified applications are available with C0G (NP0) and X7R dielectrics while meeting the IEC 60384-14 minimum 4mm creepage standard.
