XC619x Push Button Load Switches

Torex Semiconductor XC619x Push Button Load Switches feature functions that are ideally suited for battery-operated devices. These switches include a built-in high-side switch turned on by inputting an "L" signal from the device's push button to the SW pin. The high-side switch is categorized into two types: A and B, which can be turned on by inputting the "H" voltage to the SHDN. Type A can be turned off by inputting the "L" voltage during the TOFFD to the SW pin.
