UCC12050 Isolated DC-DC Converter

Texas Instruments UCC12050 Isolated DC-DC Converter has a 5kV_RMS reinforced isolation rating designed to provide efficient, isolated power to isolated circuits requiring a bias supply with well-regulated output voltages. The device integrates a transformer and DC-DC controller with a proprietary architecture to provide 500mW (typical) of isolated power with high efficiency and low EMI. The Texas Instruments UCC12040 integrates protection features for increased system robustness. The device also has an enable pin, synchronisation capability and regulated 5V or 3.3V output options with the headroom. The UCC12050 is a low-profile, miniaturised solution offered in a wide-body SOIC package with 2.65mm height (typical).
