TXU0102 Dual-Bit Voltage-Level Translator

Texas Instruments TXU0102 Dual-Bit Fixed Direction Voltage-Level Translator features flexible pin configurations. The Ax pins are referenced to the V_CCA logic level, the OE pin can be referenced to either V_CCA or V_CCB logic levels, and Bx pins are referenced to V_CCB logic levels. The A port accepts input voltages ranging from 1.1V to 5.5V, while the B port also accepts input voltages from 1.1V to 5.5V. The fixed direction data transmission occurs from A to B or B to A when OE is set to high in reference to either supply. When OE is set to low, all output pins are in the high-impedance state.

TXU0102/TXU0102-Q1 Voltage-Level Translator

Texas Instruments TXU0102 Voltage-Level Translator is a 2-bit, dual-supply non-inverting fixed-direction voltage level translation device. Ax pins are referenced to the V_CCA logic level, an OE pin can be referenced to either V_CCA or V_CCB logic levels, and a Bx pin is referenced to the V_CCB logic levels. The A port can accept input voltages ranging from 1.1V to 5.5V, while the B port can also accept input voltages from 1.1V to 5.5V. Fixed direction data transmission can occur from A to B when OE is set to high in reference to either supply. When OE is set to low on the Texas Instruments TXU0102/TXU0102-Q1, all output pins are in the high-impedance state. The TXU0102-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
