Texas Instruments SN74LVC1G34/SN74LVC1G34-Q1 Single Buffer Gates are designed for operation with a V_CC range of 1.65V to 5.5V. It performs the Boolean function Y = A in positive logic. The CMOS device has high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation over a broad V_CC operating range. This device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using I_off. The I_off circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through the device when it is powered down. The SN74LVC1G34/SN74LVC1G34-Q1 is available in various packages, including the ultra-small DPW package with a body size of 0.8mm × 0.8mm. The Texas Instruments SN74LVC1G34-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
