Texas Instruments SN74AC573/SN74AC573-Q1 Octal D-Type Transparent Latch features 3-state outputs that drive highly capacitive or relatively low-impedance loads. This latch operates at 2V to 6V supply voltage range and -40°C to 85°C free-air temperature range. The SN74AC573/SN74AC573-Q1 latch is ideal for I/O ports, buffer registers, bidirectional bus drivers, and working registers. The SN74AC573-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
