Texas Instruments MSPM0G150x Mixed-Signal Microcontrollers offer 32KB embedded flash program memory with built-in error correction code (ECC) and 16KB SRAM with ECC and hardware parity option. The cost-effective MCU provides high-performance analog peripheral integration, operates with a supply voltage range of 1.62V to 3.6V, and supports an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. Texas Instruments MSPM0G150x 80MHz Arm® Cortex®-M0+ MCU is part of the MSP highly integrated, ultra-low-power 32-bit MCU family based on the enhanced Arm Cortex-M0+ 32-bit core platform, which operates at up to 80MHz frequency.
