INA4235 16-bit Digital Current Monitor

Texas Instruments INA4235 16-bit Digital Current Monitor includes an I²C/SMBus-compatible interface that is compliant with digital bus voltage range from 1.2V to 5V. This quad-channel digital current monitor senses current on common-mode bus voltages that differ from –0.3V to 48V, independent of the supply voltage. The INA4235 monitor operates from a single 1.7V to 5.5V voltage supply and draws a 400μA typical supply current in normal operation. This digital current monitor can be placed in a low-power standby mode with a 2.5µA typical operating current. The device can be fully disabled using the enable pin to achieve a supply current of less than 50nA.
