PLDS3060H/PLDS3080H Rectifiers

Taiwan Semiconductor PLDS3060H/PLDS3080H Rectifiers are AEC-Q101-qualified 30A, 600V to 800V surface-mount rectifiers with high surge current capability. These rectifiers operate at -55°C to 150°C junction temperature range. The PLDS3060H/PLDS3080H rectifiers are Pb-free, RoHS-compliant, and halogen-free devices. These rectifiers are available in a D²PAK-D package and are Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 (MSL-1) per J-STD-020. The PLDS3060H/PLDS3080H rectifiers are ideal for onboard charger applications.
