TDK InvenSense IAM-20680HP Auto 6-Axis MotionTracking Device offers a 1.71V to 3.6V operating range, AEC-Q100 rating, and -40°C to +105°C temperature range. This six-axis MotionTracking device combines a three-axis gyroscope and a three-axis accelerometer in a compact 3mm x 3mm x 0.75mm package. The IAM-20680HP features both a digital-output X-, Y-, and Z-axis angular rate sensor and a digital-output X-, Y-, and Z-axis accelerometer. The angular rate sensor offers a user-programmable, full-scale range of ±250dps, ±500dps, ±1000dps, and ±2000dps, while the accelerometer provides a programmable fullscale range of ±2g, ±4g, ±8g, and ±16g and integrated 16-bit ADCs. TDK InvenSense IAM-20680HP Auto 6-Axis MotionTracking Device is ideal for navigation systems aids for dead reckoning, car alarms, and telematics.
