STMicroelectronics VIPerPlus High Voltage Converters combine 800V avalanche-rugged MOSFET with state-of-the-art PWM circuitry. The result is an innovative AC-DC conversion that is efficient, simpler, quicker, and with component count halved, less expensive. In addition to benefits such as optimized current-mode control and comprehensive built-in protection circuits, the STMicroelectronics VIPerPlus family represents the easiest solution to comply with ENERGY STAR and Blue Angel standards, with low total power consumption from the mains when the system is in standby mode.

VIPer27 Off-Line High Voltage Converters

STMicroelectronics VIPer27 Off-Line High Voltage Converters offer an 800V rugged power section, a PWM control, and two levels of over-current protection. These STMicroelectronics voltage converters also provide overvoltage protection, overload protection, hysteretic thermal protection, soft-start, and safe auto-restart after any fault condition removal.
