Automotive Op Amps

Offering a typical consumption of only 20μA, these devices are particularly well suited to battery-powered applications. These devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for use in automotive applications and are available in SO-8, SO-14, SOT23-5, and TSSOP-14 package types for design flexibility.

Low-Power High Accuracy Operational Amplifiers
