STTH6006W Turbo 2 High Voltage Rectifiers

STMicroelectronics STTH6006W Turbo 2 High Voltage Rectifiers use STMicroelectronics Turbo 2 600V technology and are specially suited for switching power supplies and industrial applications. STMicroelectronics STTH6006W Turbo 2 rectifiers feature ultrafast switching, low reverse current,, and low thermal resistance. The STT6006W reduces conduction and switching losses and provides a suitable trade-off between VF and tRR for boost converters in solar inverters.

Standard Products

STMicroelectronics Standard Products are a broad range of industry-standard and drop-in replacements for the most popular general-purpose analog ICs, discretes, and serial EEPROMs. The Standard Products are manufactured to the highest quality standards with many AECQ-qualified for automotive applications. Ultrafast Rectifiers

STMicroelectronics ultrafast diodes are available from from 200V to 1200V with various VF/tRR trade-offs to achieve the best performance for any application. In PFC and solar inverters, STMicroelectronics now offers the BC²™ solution in addition to Tandem and Turbo2 devices. BC² guarantees the same efficiency as SiC diodes in a conventional PFC, for a much cheaper application cost. All STMicroelectronics ultrafast rectifiers are rated up to 175°C operating junction temperature, as a result of reduced leakage currents.
