ST25DV04KC, ST25DV16KC & ST25DV64KC NFC/RFID Tags

STMicroelectronics ST25DV04KC, ST25DV16KC, and ST25DV64KC NFC/RFID Tags are Near-Field Communication Forum Type 5 dynamic tags with an optimized I²C interface. These devices are offered with 4kbit (ST25DV04KC), 16kbit (ST25DV16KC), or 64kbit (ST25DV64KC) EEPROM that can be accessed either via the I²C interface or an RF link interface. An additional 256-Byte Fast Transfer Mode buffer enables rapid data transfer between the RF and I²C port. These devices also feature energy harvesting capability, RF status function, and 64-bit data password protection.
