CFV/CZF AEC-Q200 Conductive Polymer Capacitors

Rubycon CFV/CZF AEC-Q200 Conductive Polymer Capacitors feature an improved load life of 4000 hours at +125°C. The capacitors are AEC-Q200 qualified, which is ideal for automotive applications. The capacitors offer a 25VDC to 63VDC rated voltage range, a 10μF to 330μF capacitance range, and a ±20% capacitance tolerance at +20°C, 120Hz. The CFV/CZF series are RoHS compliant and operate within a -55°C to +125°C category temperature range. The Rubycon CFV/CZF AEC-Q200 Conductive Polymer Capacitors are also suitable for power supply, industrial machinery, and lighting applications.
