Each part features two fully regulated outputs that can be user-programmed as asymmetric positive and negative values or as a single positive or negative value to meet requirements for various gate drive voltages. Additional features include various protections, such as input undervoltage and overvoltage lockout, overtemperature, output overload, undervoltage, and overvoltage. RECOM Power SMD Isolated Power Modules are suitable for building and home automation, datacom, energy, automation, and infrastructure.

RECOM Power R05CT05S DC/DC Converters are extremely compact 0.5W SMD DC/DC converters with high isolation. This series comes in a 10.3mm x 7.5mm x 2.6mm, 16-pin SOIC SMD package. These uniquely robust converters boast an ultra-wide temperature range of -40°C to +140°C and 5kV_AC reinforced isolation. These DC/DC converters offer 5V or 3.3V post-regulated, selectable outputs, low EMI emissions, and a 2MOPP rating.
