QPB9362 Single-Channel LNA Switch Modules

Qorvo QPB9362 Single-Channel Low Noise Amplifiers (LNA) Switch Modules provide a highly integrated front-end module for 5G TDD systems. These modules integrate an LNA with a high-power handling switch, which can be used as a failsafe path to termination in transmitting mode. The QPB9362 LNA modules provide 35.5dB of gain with a 1.2dB typical noise figure over the entire operating frequency band in the receiving mode. These switch modules operate from 2.3GHz to 5GHz frequency range. The LNA power-down mode is available via the T/R control pin on the module. These QPB9362 modules are packaged in a RoHS-compliant and available in a compact 5mm x 3mm LGA package. Typical applications include Wireless infrastructure, 5G AAS mMIMO radios, automotive, defense and aerospace, industrial, information technology, IoT, mobile products, and network infrastructure.
