TPS™ Self-Clinching Pilot Pins

PEM TPS™ Self-Clinching Pilot Pins offer 0.40″/1mm a minimum sheet thickness of 0.40′′/1 mm for flush-head. These pilot pins feature a chamfered end, which makes mating hole location easy. The TPS pins are recommended for use in steel or aluminum sheets HRB (Rockwell “B” Scale) 70 or less and Hardness Brinell (HB) 125 or less. These pins are ideal for a wide range of positioning, pivot, and alignment applications.
