NCR40x LED Drivers

NXP NCR40x LED Drivers feature 10mA to 50mA stabilized output current range with high current accuracy at supply voltage variation. These drivers consist of a resistor-equipped PNP transistor with two diodes on one chip. The NCR40x LED drivers reduce the component count and board space and are qualified according to AEC-Q101. Applications include constant current LED driver, generic constant current source, and automotive applications. The NCR40x LED drivers are available in SOT23 or SOT457 (SC-74) plastic package.

Automotive Constant Current LED Drivers

Nexperia Automotive Constant Current LED Drivers offer a simple and robust solution for driving low-power and medium-power LEDs up to 250mA, making them ideal for most automotive LED applications. These Nexperia LED Drivers are AEC-Q101 qualified, easy to use, reliable, cost-efficient, and do not affect Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC). These devices are offered in SOT-23, SOT-223, SOT-353, and SOT-457 package types for design flexibility.

NCR40xU PNP High Side LED Drivers

Nexperia NCR40xU PNP High Side LED Drivers are AEC-Q101 qualified Constant Current Source Drivers designed to provide a stabilized 10mA to 50mA output current. The NCR40xU LED Drivers can also supply a stabilized output current adjustable up to 65mA when an external resistor is used. These devices offer high current accuracy with a low 1.4V voltage overhead. Consisting of a resistor-equipped PNP transistor with two diodes in a SOT457 (SC-74; TSOP6) package, the Nexperia NCR40xU LED Drivers enable application designers to reduce component count and board space.

IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.
