The NXE2 converters offer increased product reliability and repeatability of performance in a halogen-free, iLGA-inspectable package. The converter footprint is compatible with existing industry-standard designs. Murata Power Solutions NXE2 Isolated 2W Single-Output SM DC/DC Converters feature a moisture sensitivity level (MSL) 2 rating and are compatible with a peak reflow solder temperature of 245°C as per J-STD-020 and J-STD-075.
