These converters are designed with optimized output voltages to meet the leading GaN device requirements and bring the best system efficiency. The MGN1 DC-DC converters feature 1W output power, 3kV_ACisolation test voltage, 5V/12V input voltages, ultra-low isolation capacitance, and characterized partial discharge performance. The MGN1 converters are characterized by high isolation requirements commonly seen in bridge circuits used in motor drives and inverters.
