Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP9843/MPQ9843 Step-Down Converters are high-frequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down, switch-mode converters with built-in power MOSFETs. The compact solution delivers 3A of continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation over a wide 3.3V to 36V input supply range. The converters programmable switching frequency synchronizes to anexternal clock in the range of 350kHz to 2.5MHz.
